Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more grounded, whole, and empowered life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity, painful patterns, or simply feeling “off”—we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and help you move forward with clarity and intention.
Areas of Focus:
Life transitions & identity development
Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or perfectionism
Relationship struggles & attachment wounds
Family-of-origin patterns
Guilt, shame, or internal criticism
Trauma (developmental, relational, complex)
Highly sensitive and emotionally attuned individuals
Feeling “too much” or “not enough”
Body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., skin-picking, hair-pulling)
Coping strategies that no longer serve (e.g., substance use, disordered eating, self-harm)
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy supports partners in repairing disconnection, deepening intimacy, and navigating painful or confusing dynamics together. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—a compassionate, evidence-based model that helps couples identify the emotional cycles driving conflict or withdrawal.
Because intimate relationships often activate our deepest fears and longings, they also hold incredible potential for healing.
Common Themes:
Conflict, miscommunication, or emotional distance
Rebuilding trust after rupture or infidelity
Strengthening emotional closeness and secure connection
Healing from past relational wounds
Growing together through change or challenge
Together, we’ll create a space where both partners feel seen, understood, and emotionally supported—so your relationship can feel more connected and resilient.
What to expect getting started
Before we begin
Our work starts with a brief phone consultation. Reach out by email or phone and we’ll schedule a time to talk. I’ll learn a bit about what’s bringing you in and share how I might be able to help. Additionally, as therapy works best when the relationship feels safe enough (because trust is earned), you’ll be getting a sense for how comfortable it feels talking to me. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session and begin the process together.
To begin the process, it all starts with an email or a call. You can expect to hear from me within 24 hours.

Beginning treatment
In our first few sessions, we’ll build a foundation of trust and understanding. We'll explore your concerns, your goals, and any relevant history. We'll begin to tune in to your wants, needs, fears, and the patterns that may be getting in your way. Most clients feel significant relief after several months, making way for deeper and sustainable change.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal and uniquely shaped by who you are. Our work might explore:
What feels painful, disconnected, or stuck
How your past experiences may be impacting your present
What “aliveness” and emotional freedom could look like for you
The therapeutic relationship becomes a secure base for this exploration and where healing, insight, and new possibilities can emerge.
Exploration and intervention
Therapy is a space where all parts of you are welcome. I’ll invite you to share whatever feels present: stray thoughts, memories, dreams, or emotional reactions. These moments often hold important clues to deeper patterns and unmet needs.
Together, we’ll explore unconscious processes, develop self-compassion, and gently challenge the strategies that once kept you safe but may now keep you stuck.
I integrate insight with somatic and relational work, drawing from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and emotionally focused frameworks.
Real change comes from more than just understanding—it comes from feeling something new.
